Marty's 1st Update
2/19/15
Below is the first update we have received on Marty, the 6th puppy we have raised for Leader Dogs for the Blind.
Good Morning Kellie,
Thank you for raising Marty for Leader Dogs for the Blind. He has been out running and playing with new friends in the kennel 4 times every day. The paid and volunteer teams have also been spending additional time with him petting, grooming, giving canine massage and T-Touch, and ultimately providing loving personal time and attention to help with the adjustment to life here at the Canine Development Center. He has been neutered and has had his entry exam. We have attached pictures of Marty which is able to convey exactly what words cannot. The team also wanted to pass along the following comments:
He is adjusting well to the kennel
He has a special playmate; a male black lab
He is very curious
We greatly appreciate all of your time and dedication in raising Marty for Leader Dogs for the Blind.
Thank you again,
Leader Dogs for the Blind
